Formed in 2013, Alpha Aviation Partners (AAP) is the asset management arm of the Alpha Aviation companies. AAP manages its own assets along with the aviation assets held by the Alpha Aviation Investments entities and Alpha Turbine Fund.
The Alpha Aviation Investments entities — Alpha Aviation Investments, LLC and Alpha Aviation Investments II, LLC — are the group's primary investment vehicles, specializing in the leasing of commercial jet engines. Managed by AAP, these investments are made by AAP's principals together with institutional investors.
Formed in 2015 as a wholly owned subsidiary of AAP, Alpha Turbine Fund invests in commercial aircraft engines and landing gear alongside AAP's principals.
